Protocol Agreement

By initializing and deploying a FYNC Digital Identity Engine, you agree to comply with the following operational guidelines. These terms govern your access to and utilization of the FYNC ecosystem.

Operator Conduct

You are responsible for all transmissions originating from your identity engine. Unauthorized duplication of profiles, malicious telemetry interference, or deceptive networking practices will result in immediate protocol termination.

Core Mandates:

  • / Maintain accurate professional metadata
  • / Respect automated contact exchange boundaries
  • / Ensure all media assets are legally authorized
  • / Adhere to subscription tier resource limits

System Liability

FYNC provides identity services "as initialized." We do not guarantee 100% telemetry uptime and are not liable for lost networking opportunities due to systemic latency or carrier interference.
